I created this blog for three reasons:

  1. So I don’t end up losing my artworks and progress pictures. If I know myself correctly, I will lose my usb and sketchbook sooner or later.
  2. I want art to be easily accessible. I often hear artists talking about money, income, and how to make more people see their art. Could it get more boring? No. Of course, it is impossible for the art scene to dodge capitalism in a capitalistic world. But I will dogde it! I would rather discuss colors, expression, and emotions instead of names, museums, and prices. I do not want my art to be a price tag or only to be seen when I’m good enough. I want to capture my evolution, maybe so someone else doesn’t feel so bad about theirs.
  3. I believe that art is for everyone. It doesn’t matter if it is painting, sculpting, writing, collaging, music, spoken word, or graffiti. We all have our own expressions. I hope to invite everyone to create, especially people who think that creating art is only for certain types of people.
